Anyone can add money to prisoner’s accounts by sending it by Western Union or by mail.

Via U.S. Postal Service: An inmate’s family and friends can to send prisoners funds through postal mail and have to send it to the address below and do so in accordance with the directions given below:

The funds have to be in a money order that is made out to the inmate’s full committed name and complete eight-digit register number. You should use a U.S. Postal Service money order, since all non-postal money orders processed through the National Lockbox will be subject to a 15-day holding period, and during this period the inmate will not get the funds. The Bureau of Prisons will return funds that don’t have valid prisoner info but only if the envelope you sent it in has a return address. Cash and checks will not be deposited so do not send any cash or checks.

The Department of Justice Victim Notification System (VNS) is a system that provides victims with information pertaining to their case and/or any defendants in the case. You will receive a Victim Identification Number (VIN) and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will allow you to access VNS via the internet or by phone. Here, you will find information about future court hearings, historical court events, and detailed information about the defendant. This will include criminal charges filed, the outcome of charges, sentence imposed, custody location, projected release date and any other release information. The VNS website is updated daily. You will also receive any ongoing information by mail or email.

    My loved one is in camp george west, and I have visited there to see him 5 times. And I am be harrassed by a deputy there every single time I go visit….he goes out of his way to make our visit go bad…. He yells at me …..I answer him many times and he continues to yell at me like I am the Inmate.there has not been one visit that he has not harrassed me…..I have read the rule hand book .and followed the rules…I’ve been accused of undressing which is ridiculous…and insulting to me …..deputy Dora is not just doing his job he is out right harassing me every time I go visit my loved one…I have called to try to talk to someone ….and no one is helping me as he continues….to harass me and the visitations……I am not doing anything to make him have to talk to me the way he does.last week he was screaming at me in front of everyone like I was a Inmate r a child he made me cry in my visit….i am not a person who cries often…and I couldn’t stop crying…as this is still going on every weekend still…..thank you for at least letting me write this letter…..I have lost my twins at 7 months my mother has been in hospital from stroke…my visits are the only thing holding me up from completely falling apart……and this deputy is making It a almost embariable embarrassing degrading visits .and making me feel fear of visiting because of him…..thank you .I don’t know what else to say…..but feeling very depressed every visit crying. Harassed every visit
