  1. Internet Lost says:

    214% OF CAPACITY!!!

The rated capacity for Lorain Correctional Institution is 756. The inmate count as of April 18, 2011 was 1,619. The average age of the inmate population was 33.10 years as of April 18, 2011.

I really wish that people would understand what that means… The conditions that people are forced to live in are worse than what most would consider acceptable for a dog shelter! It amazes me how people can care so much about puppy mills to have legal action taken against them to be stopped, but NOTHING is done to stop our government from the horrid conditions that exist in our local jails and prisons. No matter what… EVERYONE IN THERE IS STILL A PERSON!

    • Katie says:

I agree with you 100 percent it’s sick how the conditions are my boyfriend is serving 3 months there and he is in a big room with bunks on the floor and says it so crowded very sad how they are treated like you said they are still human!

    • David says:

Lol, so conditions is prison aren’t good… Poor baby …. Maybe you should have thought about that when you were committing crimes … It’s not that easy to go to prison .. You have to have done some bad things … Animals like dogs don’t have a choice … Just like your victims … They didn’t have a choice

  2. Peter J M says:

I had sent my nephew a book following your guide lines as stated on your website. It was from Amazon and shipped by USPS. He never received it even though tracking showed it as delivered on the June 5th. I contacted Amazon and they issued me a refund in the form of another shipment of the same book. Am I in error or will he be able to receive the new shipment? My nephew is Clifton P A700****.
    Thank you,
    Peter J M
