  1. Marylou Lopez says:

I have not seen my husband in 5 years n now that they moved him to Estelle unit the staff were rude,n weren’t able to show me where or what to do all they did was point fingers n say ” go over there” expecting us to know what to do. They are very unorganized and never did I see a sergeant or some one of high rank around! The guards in the visitation area are very outspoken and disrespectful letting children run around all over yelling and play while others were trying to have a peaceful visit. I’m gonna be contacting some one who can explain why the inmates get treated like there not human, just because they wear a uniform wit a label it don’t give them the authority to treat them with out disrespect and use foul language. They need more details of how the rules apply for the guards n what there allowed to do other than just trying to upset the inmates.
